PAYMENTWhen you place an order on our online shop, you will be transferred to our secure payment server where you can safely pay with all major credit and debit cards.
ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODSWe have also included a mail order service to our website allowing you to pay for goods via cheque or money order. Simply fill out your details and you will receive a notification email which tells you the procedure.
SHIPPINGWe endeavor to process and dispatch all orders within two working days.
When an order is placed with us, you will be kept informed throughout on how your order is progressing. You will receive an initial email when your order is placed, when the order is confirmed and finally when your goods have been shipped from our premises. At all times, if you have any queries, you can contact us by email at email@example.com.
The charge for shipping depends on where you are in the world and which carrier you choose. The price that you pay is determined by weight (in grams). The weight quoted, on which delivery is based, is for the item that you order and not for the packaging.
UK DELIVERYAll goods will be shipped using Royal Mail or Citylink service.
EUROPE DELIVERYAll goods will be shipped using Royal Mail or parcelforce service.
REST OF WORLD DELIVERYAll goods will be shipped using parcelforce service.
CUSTOMS INFORMATIONIn the case of overseas orders, please remember that you are responsible for any additional import duties or taxes that are levied when the package reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we cannot predict what charges, if any, may be made. If you require further information we recommend that you contact your local customs office. Overseas customers should also remember that you are considered the importer of record and must thus comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you intend to receive the goods. Packages that are dispatched across borders are also subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Orders that are dispatched overseas will list the value of the contents of the package and we may provide further information about the order to the carrier which may also be passed to customs as appropriate.
STOCK LEVELSOur aim is to hold stock of all items throughout the year. Howerver, in the event of low stock levels you will be informed by a member of staff by email or by telephone as soon as possible. We will state when we expect stock to arrive and you will be given the opportunity to continue with your order, change your order or cancel.
RETURNS POLICYWe operate a ‘no quibbles' 30 day guarantee.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item or items unopened, in the original condition, to our returns address within thirty days of the date that you received the order. A full refund for the price that you paid for the item or items will debited to the credit or debit card that you made the order with. Items that have been opened or used will only be accepted for return if they are found to be faulty, see ‘Faulty Goods'.
To return an item or items please follow the following steps to ensure prompt processing of your refund:
- Package the goods in the original packaging (if any), and ensure that the item is secure and ready for posting.
- Include the original delivery note or invoice if you still have them, along with the reason for return. If you do not have the original paperwork, please include a note with your contact details and order information.
- If the reason for return is a fault, please include a full description of the fault.

We recommend that you return the item or items using a recorded-delivery service for your protection.
FAULTY GOODSIf the item is found to be faulty, by law you can return the item within a reasonable period of time. A full refund for the price of the item, the outward delivery charge, and the costs incurred for the return of the item will be debited to your credit or debit card. Please follow the above instructions for returning your item or items.
ITEMS DEMAGED IN TRANSIT
If any items are found to have been damaged in transit, please return the goods to us within thirty days of the date that your received the order. Upon the receipt of the item, a refund will be made for the costs incurred in returning the item and a replacement item will be despatched to you.
